Event overview

Held at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall, the inaugural Fashion Rocks event was hosted by model and actress Liz Hurley, and actor and comedian Dennis Leary, with a guest presentation from Richard Gere. Opulence and anticipation were in abundance, as the enchanting surroundings lent an air of majesty to proceedings. The night was marked by spellbinding performances from the likes of Robbie Williams, Bjork, Grace Jones and Beyoncé, alongside designs from names such as Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, Ralph Lauren and Gucci. Performances were electrifying, with adept musicianship perfectly complimenting the stunning range of garments on display. The night culminated with an exclusive video remix of ‘Fashion’ by David Bowie. Fashion Rocks was resounding success, watched in 80 countries, and raising over £1m for The Prince’s Trust.

Situated in the South Kensington area of the Royal Borough of Kensington, and best known for holding the annual summer Proms concerts, the Royal Albert Hall has been a most regal setting in which to host two previous Fashion Rocks events.
